Earlier this year, Sony actually unveiled a flexible OLED display (http://www.crunchgear.com/2009/10/07/sony-flexible-oled-display-on-display-at-ceatec/). There's no telling when they will be able to bring this to the retail market, but the capability is already here. That in mind, a Rolltop could be a reality in the near future. Right now, it could be cost-prohibitive, but once something like this hits mass production, the price point would come way down and anything could be possible!
