What you need, now, is the Prissy-Girl workout.  For all of us ultra-girly-girls who don&#039;t like to sweat, etc.  The running from the store to the car doesn&#039;t really go with our flow.  I think it would be absolutely hilarious if you got that version on here for the ladies.

Particuarly, I truly believe a lot of black women don&#039;t like to work out (A) because of the hair issue and (B) because of what a lot of women in general hate - going to the gym with a bunch of ultra-fit girls and guys everywhere.  

That&#039;s my two cents.  Kudos on a real-world video, nice reminder to &quot;do something.&quot;</description>
