4 Value of Membership: You agree that the value you are receiving for the membership fee is for cryptocurrency education and guidance and not financial advice. Additionally, the membership fee is non-refundable.

5 Transparency and Disclosure: You understand that The CryptoPro membership will provide full transparency for all the different cryptocurrencies I hold and disclose each time I make swing trades. However, this information is for educational purposes only and should not be considered as investment advice.

6 Privacy and Confidentiality: You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members. Any information shared within the group should not be disclosed to non-members without permission.

7 Code of Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner within the group. Any form of harassment, discrimination, vulgarity, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your membership without a refund.

10 Spamming & Promotion: Spamming the private group in the comments section of the videos or within the Telegram group is strictly prohibited. Any spamming or posting promotional links will be grounds for removal from the group.

To simplify the management of the group and until a framework for recurring payments can be set up, membership will be by the calendar month. Everyone will be on the same cycle. Payments made in the middle of the month will only cover the remaining days of that month, but all prior private videos and watch list information will be available to you.
