2025 Organizational Improvement Project
Welcome to the Anonymous Suggestions Page for the 2025 Linc Organizational Improvement Project! The goal of this project is multifaceted, and will take several steps. My plan to execute on the improvement ideas that you provide will be carried out by creating a custom-designed seminar for JC Parks and Linc staff.
The overall goal is to provide top-notch service for Lincoln students, the resident members of the Jefferson City community, and to create the best working environment for the staff and leadership. We also strive for creating the safest environment for all.
The individual goals are as follows:
Create a training workshop for JC Parks and Lincoln University Staff to solve communications barriers, identify all areas that we can improve operations, and to identify safety concerns at the facility.
Create an Improvement Plan using the Quality Improvement Process
Identify and execute on short-term and long-term improvement ideas generated by staff and leadership
Create an ongoing improvement process that encourages feedback from staff, students, and constituents served
In order to begin, we need your input! I would like everyone to to use the form below to share your stories with me about issues that you have the most concerns with. The form is anonymous. Sharing your name is optional, but I only ask that you let me know whether you are a JC Parks employee, or a Lincoln University employee. All of the information provided will be held in strict confidence, and I will be using what you share with me to identify the areas of greatest concern that I’ll address in the group seminar.
Once I have gathered all of the information by the closing date, I will get started on planning one or more workshops, as many that we will need to include all staff on both sides. I’d like to have your input by May 31st, 2025. Please include as much detail as you can, and if you’d like you can also reach out to me in person.
Again, you don’t have to share your name or email unless you feel comfortable in doing so. Next, select an option from the dropdown to let me know if you are a JC Parks employee, or a Lincoln University employee. You can also enter a “subject” to describe the concern or concerns, or your improvement idea, but this isn’t required.
